Has anyone encountered errors when applying the latest patch to AM (8.9 P3)?

Which version are you upgrading from?
Do you see any additional information under Advanced Status View?
Presuming uploaded the .iso over the browser (browser as the Update Source?)
I'm upgrading from 8.9 SP1.
I didn't see any helpful error details from the Advanced view, but the log is attached.
I'm mounting the iso from network share.
Are you trying to upgrade directly to 8.9 P3 from an 8.8-or-earlier patched version, thus bypassing 8.9 entirely?
The issue has been resolved. It turned out that the installer launcher was failing due to connectivity errors caused by corrupt IPTables (/etc/sysconfig/iptables).
Once IPTables were restored, the updated completed successfully.
