We are looking to use the Live Verify tool within the RSA Cloud Console, but the URL https://companyurl.securid.com/verify provided would be difficult to read off to an end user. Can a redirect or alias be created to make this process easier?

You can configure a Custom Domain Name (CNAME) through the Cloud Administration Console, allowing Live Verify to be accessed using a URL within your organization's domain, such as:
https://verify.yourcompany.com/verify
Using a custom domain can simplify deployment and improve the end-user experience by providing a familiar and easy-to-share URL instead of the default service URL.
