we are getting this error when we try to take RSA AM scconsole in GUI. We have this problem only in sc console. Other consoles likeocconsole , ssc console, putty are workinf fine

We had the same issue, when we deployed a new webtier which failed connecting to the RSA AM appliance. After that the security console no longer would accept the super admin login, while the login credentials were correct.
The only way we were able to resolve this by setting back a working backup.
Did this happen after patching or just randomly happen one day? What version of the AM?
