Resend E-mail to Users Resend E-mail to Users
If necessary, workflow participants can resend the last e-mail sent to a user. This may be necessary if, for example, the user loses the original e-mail. You can add comments that will be delivered with the resent e-mail .
Procedure

In the Security Console, click Administration > Provisioning.

Click the Closed tab to see all closed user requests.

Use the search fields to find the closed request you want to view.

Click the request you want to view.

Under Communication with User, view the comments and text of the last e-mail sent to the user.

From the Comments field, optionally edit the text or add information to the last e-mail sent. The comments are added to the end of the last e-mail sent.

Click Send to User.
