Course Description

This course provides learners with the knowledge required for planning, deploying, and installing components of an RSA ID Plus Cloud and Hybrid deployments. This training includes extensive hands-on exercises performed in a virtual lab environment to reinforce important concepts and build practical skills. Providing experience of bringing RSA components to an operational state, information to help build their infrastructure and performing system configurations to match components to the organization’s overall security needs utilizing RSA ID Plus product features.

Prerequisite Knowledge

It is required to Meet at least one of the below prerequisites:

• Finish the foundational course “RSA IAM Solutions Fundamentals”
• Have basic knowledge of ID Plus architecture, components, and functionality. 

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this training, the student should be able to: 

• Explain overall ID Plus Cloud and Hybrid architecture and components functionality.
• Interpret different deployment options and strategies of implementation design.
• Implement and configure the different components of ID Plus Cloud and Hybrid deployments.
• Compare between implementation scenarios and configuration options to implement a variety of security and access protection scenarios.

Module 1	ID Plus System Architecture		Explain overall ID Plus Cloud and Hybrid architecture and components functionality.
Module 2	Planning ID Plus Deployment		Interpret different deployment options and strategies of Implementation design.
Module 3	Identity Router Deployment		Identify Identity Router Deployment types. Deploy single and multiple IDRs. Interpret IDR status indicators on the Cloud Admin Console. Explain IDR Clustering. Define the different types of digital certificates used by CAS.
Module 4	Identity Source Configuration		Identify identity source function and attributes.  Perform Identity Source configurations on the CAS as well as AM.  Synchronize Cloud Authentication Service Identity Sources.  Interpret and demonstrate user administration functions and manage users.  Perform Cloud Authentication Service Bulk Maintenance.
Module 5	Cloud Authentication Service Configurations		Interpret Cloud Administration Console dashboard features. Predict the features provided by a hybrid deployment. Perform configurations required for a hybrid deployment.
Module 6	My Page Configurations		Set up My Page SSO and Self-service.  Perform authenticator registration.  Implement and configure different cloud application types.
Module 7	Access Policies Configuration		Describe Access Policies and their application for authentication.  Identify components of Access Policy Rules and their functionality.  Construct Access Policies on the Cloud Administration console.  Interpret the Additional Conditional Authentication and its attributes.  Define Assurance Levels function principle.  Plan and set authentication methods used in each Assurance Level.
Module 8	MFA Agent Deployment		Describe the MFA agent and its functionality. Interpret RSA different REST Agents. Install MFA agent. Configure and utilize MFA agents features.
Module 9	RADIUS Configuration		Configure RADIUS Client and RADIUS profiles.  Install and test RADIUS client authentication for Cloud Authentication Service.
Module 10	Integrated Windows Authentication Configuration		Distinguish the advantages of deploying Integrated Windows Authentication. Deploy IWA and test its functionality. Configure IWA for My Page end users.
