Issue
When you have configured an AFX workflow with no approval phase, the workflow may not execute until you open the workflow and evaluate it.
Cause
Workflows may malfunction when there is no approval phase.
Resolution
Modify the workflow to add an approval phase. This can be an approval phase that is always automatically approved to provide the same effect as not having an approval phase.
