AFX menu does not display in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue

The AFX menu does not display in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. This may be transient or intermittent for particular browser sessions.

In addition, the AFX CONNECTOR BINDING menu is not available under the Details for Resources or Applications.

Cause

This is a known issue in the following versions.  
 

• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P08
• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P02
• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1

It is caused by a timing issue that is related to user session management. 

Resolution

This issue is being investigated by the Engineering team in order to provide a permanent resolution. 

Workaround

After your initial login has completed and you have established a browser session with the server, log out and log back in again. The menu should persist for that session.
