Issue

This article explains how the provisioning command defined in an AFX provisioning command node in an RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle fulfillment workflow can be modified.

Resolution

1. In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, go to Requests > Workflows > Fulfillment tab > [name of fulfillment workflow].
2. Once editing the workflow, click on the AFX Provisioning Command node to display the Activity Node Properties on the right-side panel.
3. On the Activities Node Properties panel, scroll to the Settings category.
4. Under Settings, you will find the Command drop down list from which you can select the provisioning command best suited to your use case.

For example, the screenshot below illustrates how to modify the provisioning command to Disable an Account.
