The RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle product includes a browser-based user interface for administration. How can additional web pages be added to that interface as a customization?
Customization of the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle browser-based user interface by customers is not supported under standard product license and maintenance agreements. Likewise:
- No additional web sites or web pages may be added to RSA-supplied web or application servers.
- RSA does not support other web sites running on the same customer-supplied web or application server instance as RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. RSA Support may require that any such web site be shutdown and/or removed as part of troubleshooting.
However, it is possible to engage RSA Professional Services, or an RSA Partner, to work with you to develop a customization which can be supported under a special Custom Application Support (CAS) maintenance agreement, To explore this option further,
