Issue
Group type objects are not being displayed under the Grouped by Application tab in user reviews.

They are present under other tabs, for example the All entitlements tab, as shown in the screen shot below.

Cause
This has been defined as a UI bug.
Resolution
This is a known issue that is being addressed by engineering. Tracking reference is ACM-63106.
