Issue
To be able to diagnose some issues in the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle, DEBUG logging needs to be enabled.
Task
- Login as the AveksaAdmin user.
- In 7.2.x and 7.5.x, follow the "bread crumb" trail by selecting Admin > Diagnostics
- In 7.0.x, follow the "bread crumb" trail by selecting Admin > System
- Click on the Logs tab.
- Click on Settings.
- Under Root Logger, change the Level option to DEBUG from the drop-down menu.
- Click OK.
Resolution
When DEBUG mode is enabled, the following entry is generated in the log:
10/26/2016 19:10:41.124 DEBUG (default task-32) [com.aveksa.server.logging.LogServiceProvider]
