Issue
Job level variables are sometimes missing from runtime properties causing workflows to go into an ERROR state. This is true for those workflows that have either REST or SOAP nodes.
Cause
When REST or SOAP nodes are configured to work in parallel with other nodes in a workflow, because of the parallel processing, concurrency error(s) may occur. If concurrency errors occur, the job retries to save the data. This is normal behavior. But in this case, because of the concurrency error(s), the user data being saved is lost which can result in the loss of a few of the updated job-level variables. This in turn, causes the next node in the parallel processing to fail.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in 7.0.2 P14, 7.1.0 P07, and 7.1.1 P02.
