Local Entitlement stays in pending verification state in RSA Governance & Lifecycle

Issue

When a local entitlement is added to a role, and a change request is created having the role, the indirect change item is stuck in waiting for verification for the local entitlement.

Cause

This is a known issue in the following versions.

This issue is resolved in the following versions.
