RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle users with Group: View All Access are unable to view the groups page

Issue

A user wit the Group: View All privilege tries to access the User > Groups page:

When trying to access the Groups page the following error displays:

The request cannot be handled

Resolution

Upgrading to V6.9.1 P21 or V7.0.1 P03 or V7.0.2 P01 will fix the issue.
