Users are unable to see what groups are assigned to their account under the account pop up screen that they can access under Users > Username > Access > Account > Groups, even though the groups are visible to the AveksaAdmin when accessing the same Access page account popup window. This is only the case for accounts that have groups. Entitlements are shown correctly in the account popup screen.
The example below shows a user that has access to an Account called Administrator, which has a few group entitlements associated with it. When logged in as AveksaAdmin and looking at this user's access (Users > <user name> > Access > Administrator > Groups), the group entitlements are visible under Groups in the account popup window.
When the user logs in using his credentials, he cannot see the group entitlements under Users > <user name> > Access > Administrator > Groups.
This is a bug which is fixed in 6.9.1 P22, 7.0.1 P03, and 7.0.2.
Please upgrade to one of these versions: 6.9.1 P22, 7.0.1 P03, or 7.0.2 to resolve this issue.
Login as Athe veksaAdmin to view group entitlements for individual users in the account popup screen under the users' Access tab in the UI.
