Issue

Slow loading of the “My Tasks” pane on the Default Dashboard with the following SQLIDs showing as long-running in the AWR report ak7pk8ycqggdg and 4c9t6vquvabjv.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following versions which adds and additional index to optimize performance. 
  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P06
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.6
