The Business Source column is missing from Table Options under the MultiApp Account Collector Accounts tab in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue

After upgrading RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle to one of the following versions:

• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P13
• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P07
• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P01

the Business Source column is no longer available for display under the Multi-App Account Collector Accounts tab. (Collectors > Multi-App Collectors > {Multi App Account Collector} > Accounts tab > Table Options.)


For example,
 

• 7.1.1 GA (Note the Business Source column under Table Options.)

Cause

This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-101695.
 

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and/or patch levels:

• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P04
• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2

The Business Source is again available for selection as a column under (Collectors > Multi-App Collectors > {Multi App Account Collector} > Accounts tab > Table Options.)
