Issue
The importDescriptions Web Service used to import business descriptions (Admin > Descriptions) requires System Administration privilege in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle; whereas the same functionality in the User Interface requires only the Aveksa security entitlement Business Description: Admin.
Cause
This is a known defect reported in ACM-90021.
Resolution
This is fixed in 7.0.2 P10 and 7.1.0 P04. The fix ensures that the importDescriptions Web Service requires the same permissions as the equivalent functionality in the User Interface. The required permissions for both options is Business Description: Admin.
Workaround
As a workaround, temporarily give the importDescriptions Web Service System Administration permissions.
