User selection in a review is not shown in the UI when defined in RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance 6.9.0

Issue

When adding reviewers to the reviewer selection component of a review definition, the reviewer names do not show up in the component until the review definition is saved and reopened, as in the example below:

In version 6.9.0, the selected reviewer is displayed, '(none)' is also displayed:

Cause

This is a regression introduced in 6.9.0.

Resolution

Upgrade to 6.9.1 or 7.0, any patch level.
