Issue

Workflow takes both paths or takes the wrong path at a decision node in SecurID Governance & Lifecycle.

Cause

This is a known issue in the following versions when the Workflow variable evaluates to null or has no value:

• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1
• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following versions:

• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P06
• RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P03
• SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2

Workaround

Modify the workflow so that the workflow variable never has a null value.
