Normally you turn on Authentication Agent C API logging by setting these registry values
HKLM\SOFTWARE\SDTI\ACECLIENT
TraceLevel Reg_DWORD 15 (decimal)
TraceDest Reg_DWORD 5 (decimal)
Resolution
When you are using 32-bit C Agent API on a 64-bit windows operating system,
Instead of HKLM\SOFTWARE\SDTI\ACECLIENT, create the registry values in the hive:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SDTI\ACECLIENT.
