Issue
AMIS failing because the Realm name is wrong, although is set correctly in the configuration.
am8.log shows:
<Timestamp>,INFO ,{"FailMessage":"com.rsa.ucm.AuthManager.AmisCommandTargetException : Key not found. <Type: Realm , Key: SystemDomain> [UserID: ims.a6917737149754a93c6ae0793e38c95d , SessionId: <sessionID>]","Duration":149,"Operation":"authenticateServiceAccount","RequestContext":"user=<UserID>;PasswordChanged=false","RequestingUser":"_internal_","Timestamp":"<date & time>","Source":"TDS","Success":false}
Cause
The amisbind account does not have superAdmin Privilege on Authentication Manager.
In this customer case, a security scan mis-identified this account as not needing elevated priv, and when the SuperAdmin role was removed this error occurred.
Resolution
Add Super Admin Role / priv back to the amisbind account or redeploy with new bind account that has Super Admin priv.
