Issue
The end user's browser is showing one of the following errors when Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) is configured as an Identity Provider (IdP) for the RSA Cloud Authentication Service:
HTTP 404 (Not Found)
HTTP 405 (Method Not Allowed)
Cause
This issue can occur if an incorrect URL is configured in the Issuer URL field of the IdP configuration for IWA in the Cloud Administration Console. An example is if the required trailing forward slash ("/") is omitted from the URL.
Resolution
To resolve this issue,
- Log in to the Cloud Administration Console as a super administrator.
- Go to Users > Identity Providers.
- Edit the IdP for Integrated Windows Authentication.
- Select Connection Profile tab on the left of the page.
- Check the format of the URL specified in the Issuer URL field. The correct format for the Issuer URL field is given on the online help page to Add Integrated Windows Authentication as an Identity Provider.
Notes
If the IIS webserver page changed from RSASecurIDIWAConnector to any other name (for example, MyIWAServer), the issuer URL should be changed accordingly to https://<IWA_SERVERNAME>/MyIWAServer/.
