Issue
This article provides the steps to determine which version of PostgreSQL is being used with RSA Authentication Manager 8.x.
Resolution
- Enable Secure Shell on the Appliance.
- Log on to the Appliance Operating System with SSH.
- Next, capture the database password for user rsa_dba to connect to database. Note that the password for each RSA AUthentication Manager deployment is different.
