Issue
Clicking "Publish Changes" in the Administration Console fails with message:
Unsuccessful publish to IDRs, successful publish to the hosted service
All future attempts to publish succeed as expected.
Cause
This issue is a known issue that may be fixed in a future release.
Workaround
Click on "Publish Changes" again. Once the configuration is published, this issue no longer occurs.
