RSA SecurID Software Token for iPhone distribution link cannot be clicked and imported

Issue

When trying to import an  RSA SecurID software token into an iPhone,the distribution link is not clickable.  In order to import the token, the link needs to be imported into the Safari browser.

 

Resolution

Try to access the distribution mail from the iPhone mail application instead of using the Gmail application.
