In the Security Console under Authentication > SecurID Tokens > Manage Existing, when searching using Where only the token serial number displays in the results. Image description This behavior happens in both Chrome and Internet Explorer.
System settings were modified to hide fields from search results.
In the Security Console navigate to Setup > System Settings. Image description
In the lower-left click Security Console Display Options.
Scroll down to Token List display. Image description
Ensure that the fields are not listed in the Hide listbox. If they are, use the arrows to move the fields to the Show in Search Criteria list and click Save.
