Issue
Users migrated from AM 7.1 cannot request replacement tokens via the self service console after migrating to Authentication Manager 8.1. In AM 8.1, token appears as assigned. However, user does not see the option to request a replacement token. If a token is assigned to a user in AM 8.1, and distribute it - then the link for request for replacement token appears in the Self Service Console.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in patch 12 for AM 8.1 SP1. Please install the patch on one server at a time, first on Primary and followed by the Replica servers. Patch cannot be installed on two servers at the same time. Please download patch 12 and later for Authentication Manager 8.1 SP1.
