When setting up an SMS provider integration with RSA Authentication Manager and Clickatell, the following can occur:
The user does not receive an On-Demand tokencode when submitting a request through the Self-Service Console.
The user receives the following text message:
Congrats. You've just received a Clickatell test message.
Registration with Clickatell has not been completed. The user was attempting to use the default ten credits assigned after completing the Clickatell registration form.
The Clickatell account would not be enabled for sending tokencodes unless customers call Clickatell Support to complete the registration process, which would also entitle the user to an additional 75 credits. Details and contact numbers are provided on the Clickatell web page.
