"This utility cannot continue with the export process. You must install RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 Service Pack 4 to run this utility.

Cause
Check if installed the latest Export utility from AM8.1 patch
Resolution
Use the latest Export utility from AM8.1 patch
Workaround
Ran migration-exporter.cmd -console from Export Utility install location
