Accessing the Portal via IWA always prompt for sign in access authorization over the IWA server URL.

Cause
The Computer / Server you are using to login does not have the required Local intra settings set correctly to match the IWA login as well as these settings should be set on the IWA server too.
 
Resolution
By default, IWA is allowed only for sites listed in the Local Intranet zone. 
  1. Open Internet Options:
    • Go to Control Panel > Internet Options
  2. Local Intranet Zone:
    • In the Security tab, click on Local Intranet.
    • Click Sites > Advanced.
    • Add the URL of the website (in your case, https://iwa.rsalab.com) to the list of trusted intranet sites.
  3. Enable Automatic Login:
    • In the Security tab, click Custom Level.
    • Scroll down to the User Authentication section and select Automatic logon only in Intranet zone or Automatic login using current user and password. ( Both should work)
  4. Apply and OK to save the settings.
