Issue
Accessing the raw data tabs for collector runs is very slow. In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, navigate to
Admin > Monitoring > Run ID > Raw Data link next to Collected Data.
 
Cause
This issue occurs when there are rejected records in the raw data being accessed.

This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket AM-94898.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and patch levels:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P04
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0
