Account Data Collectors (ADC) fail with ORA-00904: "RESOURCE_NAME": invalid identifier after upgrading RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle to 7.1.1

Issue
The Account Data Collectors (ADCs) fail with the following error after upgrading RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle to 7.1.1. 
 
ORA-00904: "RESOURCE_NAME": invalid identifier

The following errors are seen in the aveksaServer.log file ($AVEKSA_HOME/wildfly/standalone/log/aveksaServer.log):

Please refer to RSA Knowledge Base Article 000030327 -- Artifacts to gather in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle to find the location of the aveksaServer.log for your specific deployment if you are on a WildFly cluster or a non-WildFly platform.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-98919.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P01.
 
Workaround
Restore to the last known good backup prior to when the issue started to occur. For more information on restoring from a backup, please see RSA Knowledge Base Article 000038174 -- How to perform a database backup (export) and a database restore (import) in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle.
