Admin Errors Notification Rule will send emails for all Error Source even if not chosen:

Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Governance & Lifecycle versions and/or patch levels: 
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P10
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P06
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P02
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0.0
Notes

The fix for this issue in the above mentioned versions/patches caused a side effect noted in the following KB article 000071669 which has subsequently been fixed in versions/patches 7.5.2 P09 and 8.0.0 P02:
