Issue
Change request that is created from Attribute Change Rule contains duplicate change items for Users having multiple accounts with the same Entitlement in an Application.

The following user has three Accounts in an Application with the same Application Role.

Attribute Change Rule that is created for revocation of access for the user has duplicate items for removal of Application Role as seen below.

Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patch levels: 
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P07
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P02
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1
