Blank lines appear in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle reports when viewed through a browser or exported via HTML format

Issue
When a report is run, and viewed in a browser or in HTML format, blank lines may appear in some or all of the rows. However, data can be seen if the data is exported in .csv or .xls format. A few examples of this issue are shown below:
  1. Report with all lines empty.

Cause
This could happen if the report wasn't created properly, which may cause the improper creation of JRXML (JasperReports XML) for the report which dictates how the data is presented in the UI and exported to some of the export formats. To resolve this, recreate the JRXML again. JRXML is XML format used by JasperReports
Resolution
To resolve this:
  1. Edit the report and click on the Style button which is located at the bottom of the General tab. 
Edit view
  1. Select any style except Default from style list and then preview and save the report.
  2. This will recreate the jrxml and then switch back to the Default style, if needed.
