Issue
Is it possible to update the email address associated with my RSA Community account to use my newly acquired address?
Resolution
If you need to proceed with this course of action, please contact RSA Customer Support and reference this article so that they can assist in the process.
Workaround
Even if you are no longer able to retrieve email from your previous address, you will still be able to log in to RSA Community with your same account and—while you will not be able to receive email notifications—you can access your notifications within the website itself.
Bear in mind, however, that you will no longer be able to reset your password using the self-service method and will need to contact RSA Customer Support to assist you as needed.
