Issue
Change requests generated from rule type "Role Missing Entitlements" remain in pending verification status in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle after a collection runs.
Cause
In this particular case, the cause of this behavior is the indirect relationship processing of the associated Account Data Collector (ADC) was failing.
Resolution
A full refresh of the ADC resolved both the indirect relationship processing failure and the issue with change requests remaining in pending verification if generated from a Role Missing Entitlements Rule.
