We recently sent an IDR upgrade notification intended only for customers whose IDRs had not been upgraded to version 12.22.x. However, due to a version check error, customers who had already upgraded all IDRs to version 12.22.x also received the e-mail.
If your IDRs have already been upgraded to version 12.22.x, please ignore the e-mail—no action is required. RSA is making system changes to prevent this error from occurring again.
To verify your IDR Software Version:
- In the Cloud Administration Console, click Platform > Identity Routers.
- Click the drop-down icon next to the name of your IDR.
To upgrade your IDRs to the latest version, refer to the RSA Identity Router 12.22.x Upgrade Guide. RSA has cancelled the automatic upgrades mentioned in the e-mail to allow all customers additional time to complete the upgrade.
If you have any questions, contact RSA Support.
