We recently sent an IDR upgrade notification intended only for customers whose IDRs had not been upgraded to version 12.24.x. However, due to a version check error, customers who had already upgraded all IDRs to version 12.24.x also received the e-mail.

If your IDRs have already been upgraded to version 12.24.x, please ignore the e-mail—no action is required.  RSA is making system changes to prevent this error from occurring again.

To verify your IDR software version:

1. In the Cloud Administration Console, click Platform > Identity Routers.
2. Click the drop-down icon next to the name of your IDR.
