Issue
When trying to configure an Authentication Manager 8.1 RADIUS client, the following error is displayed: Could not connect to RADIUS server. Contact Customer Support

Could not connect to RADIUS server




 
Cause
Authentication Manager 8.1 RADIUS does not allow double quotes (i. e., " ) in the RADIUS shared secret or in the RADIUS client's Notes field.
Resolution
Create a RADIUS shared secret that does not contain double quotes.
