Duplicate action items found on approval page in RSA Identity Management and Governance 6.9.1 P06

Issue
When using an account template, duplicate action items (selected entitlement) are found on approval page. In the request, only one entitlement was requested. After the request is submitted, the selected entitlement is duplicated on the approval page. This happens when Entitlements require Accounts is set to Yes. This issue is not seen if we are not using account templates.

 Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create an Account template and associate it to any application and enable Entitlements require Accounts.

  1. Have the approval workflow mapped and see that the workflow is using using the Create a job per group, grouping by setting.

  1. Create an add access request for the application to add single item.You can see the request contains a single item.

  1. Now click on the Group owner approval link. You will find two items appear.

Cause
This is a bug . This issue seems to be caused while using 'Create a job per group, grouping by ' setting in workflow properties.This issue is fixed in 6.9.1 P08.
Resolution
Deploy patch 6.9.1 P08 to fix this issue.
