Issue
After applying a FIM hotfix the FIM console is not prompting for a username and password and is allowing access to all users.
Resolution
FIM uses WebLogic users and roles to protect the FIM console. If you select "Custom Roles and Policies" when deploying the FIM console the security policies will not be applied.  In order for the security policies to be applied correctly you must ensure that when the FIM application is deployed that the correct security policies are applied.  Delete the FIM-all.ear application using the WebLogic deployments manager and deploy again.  Ensure that when deploying you select the default "DD only" security option.
