Issue
Changing the Response timeout value (in milliseconds) of a Generic TEST AFX Connector has no effect unless the request type is GET. Specifically this setting works for GET requests but does not work for HTTP POST or other HTTP methods. This setting is defined under AFX > Connectors > {Connector name} > Settings tab > Edit.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-105499.

For Request types other than GET, the Response timeout is incorrectly hard-coded to 10000 milliseconds. Because the value is hard-coded, changing the setting has no effect.
 
Resolution
This issue is being investigated by the Engineering team in order to provide a permanent resolution in a future release.
