Resolution
2- Open the group that the endpoint you need to remove the add in from belongs to.
3- Go below to Tech support only.
4- in Custom settings, in Override configuration add this following lines.
<Advanced>
<AddOutlookAddin>False</AddOutlookAddin>
</Advanced>
this will remove the addin from the outlook.
