WebService createChangeRequest command "Remove account to group" does not populate the user information in request tab in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue

The Affected User column will not be populated if the generated change request item through Web Service belongs to Account Changes.

For the request raised to Add account to group, the userid is populated without any issue.

Resolution

This is a defect fixed in 7.0.2 P12 and 7.1.0 P05, respectively.

Workaround

Deploy either patch 7.0.2 P12 or 7.1.0 P05 to have this issue fixed.
