WebService createChangeRequest command "Remove account to group" does not populate the user information in request tab in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
  • The Affected User column will not be populated if the generated change request item through Web Service belongs to Account Changes.

  • For the request raised to Add account to group, the userid is populated without any issue.

Resolution
This is a defect fixed in 7.0.2 P12 and 7.1.0 P05, respectively.
Workaround
Deploy either patch 7.0.2 P12 or 7.1.0 P05 to have this issue fixed.
