Issue
How to add contacts, users, colleagues to have access to RSA Community
Resolution
Access to RSA Community is done through a online registration process. Each user, contact or colleague that would like access to RSA Community will need to complete a registration online. The registration requires a unique identifier for the Account.
- Site ID also known as UCID
- Contract Number - This is a Technical Support contract number
- Serial Number - This is the Authentication Manager Serial Number also known as License number.
