How to capture web sessions using Fiddler for troubleshooting purposes

Issue
Customers may be asked during their troubleshooting engagement to capture a web capture to aid in debugging traffic flow.
Tasks
Install FiddlerCap
- Download FiddlerCap.
- Once downloaded, run FiddlerCap's installer program (fiddlercapsetup.exe).
Running FiddlerCap
- Once the installation completes, close all browsers and/or other applications that contact the web.
- Launch FiddlerCap from the Start menu.
- In FiddlerCap, click on the option to Decrypt HTTPS traffic.
- Launch the browser, where the issue can be reproduced, and clear the browser's cache and cookies.
- In FiddlerCap, click on the button 1. Start Capture.
- Browse to the site you wish to capture and attempt to reproduce the issue.
- Once the issue has re-surfaced, click on on the button 2. Stop Capture in FiddlerCap.
- In FiddlerCap, click on the button, 3. Save Capture.
- Save the capture file to a location of your choice.
- Close FiddlerCap.
Send the Fiddler capture file (.SAZ file) to RSA Support
