Issue
RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle provides email templates for email events such as admin errors, report and review generation, rule processing, change request activities, password expiration notifications, and more. This article shows how to define what user or users should be on the distribution lists of those email events.

 
Resolution
Email templates are associated with email events. These associates are defined by going to the Admin > Email > Events tab. The contents of the email template may be defined here or in the Admin > Email > Templates tab. Each email template has a section called Email Receivers where email recipients are defined.  When editing an email template in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, go to:  Admin > Email > Templates tab > [name of template] > Edit > Next.

In this screen there are options to define email recipients in the From/To/Cc/Bcc fields of an email. An event related users option may be chosen which includes all users affected by an event. Or a users option may be chosen where a more specific list of users may be defined.
