How to determine LAN card status, Link speed and Duplex setting for RSA SecurID Appliance 3.0
Resolution

To ensure the LAN card for the appliance is correctly configured, run the following command from an appliance SSH session:

am82p:~ # cd /sbin/
am82p:/sbin # ./ethtool eth0

Notes
Duplex setting should be set to Full.
